I'm 18, live in a small, semi-rural village, and learnt English thanks to emo lyrics videos and Amino. (you guys remember Amino, right? I got traumatized there once)(but I think everyone got traumatized on Amino). I I play the bass mostly, learnt the drums when I was a kid and retain most of the information I was given but only after practicing for some time, and I recently got an acustic guitar. I also have a really cool tamburine. I love my tamburine. It's a really pretty tamburine.
I like writing, reading, listening to music, sports climbing, taking pictures on my (it's technically my uncle's) Nikon D2000, and I often frequent all youth and cultural centres in a 100km radius. I'm a volunteer in my local library and a part-time worker in a nearby town's natural history museum.
One other thing I do often is take advantage of the Erasmus+ program and disappear for a week on some random country, coming back with souvenirs, gossip about horrible men I will hopefully never see again, and once, even a tattoo! So far, thank to Erasmus short-therm exchanges I've been able to see Bulgaria, Slovakia, and Cyprus by paying basically nothing.
My favourite movie is Little Miss Sunshine, I will never be able to decide on my favourite book, and my favourite artists are many but I really like Dead Sara, all of the 4 grunge bands, Prozac+ (Italian alternative band from the '90s), Tanxugueiras (Galician trio, if so much of my stuff is about tradition and folklore you guys have to thank them), Linkin Park, Elliott Smith... My favourite tv series is either 'What We Do In The Shadows' or 'Community'.
I'm a proud supporter of Palestine, Ukraine, and Armenia, I'm as leftist as they come, I'm really passionate about mental health reform, artefact repatriation, and sustainability without any of that greenwashing bullcrap.
My altar to Hestia (under construction. but will be live soon)
'Come Home, Your Sisters Miss You.' is an indie visual novel, still in its demo stage, about a stolen statue escaping the British Museum to come back to her sisters.
Caira, one of the Elgin Marbles, has discovered that the Acropolis Museum in Athens has a space left just for her. With the help of the other stolen artefacts of the British Museum
(such as the Benin Bronzes and the Standard of Ur), she will find a way to escape, get all the way back home and reunite with her sisters.
I also have other games, but they are all very short, small projects. Mostly made for game jams.
I make grunge music, inspired by the iconic bands of Seattle such as Nirvana, Soungarden, Pearl Jam, Mother Love Bone, The Melvins, and Alice in Chains...
But I also like to add my own little folk and traditional quirks. I don't want to be the next Kurt Cobain wannabe, you know? I have a personality. (and I'm clearly pretending to be Christ Cornell's long lost successor, NOT Kurt's)(no offense to Kurt, obviously. He's one of the reasons why I'm still here, and so is Chris.)

Some of the stuff that I write has been published in several magazines, and this is a little list of them:
Valtellina is where I live, and base many of the stuff I make on.
Valtellina is a small valley (wow who knew?) in the Italian region of Lombardy. It's stuck between the Alps and the pre-Alps, and most of the people live in this tiny strip where the two mountain chains meet. It's very narrow.
The province that Valtellina is in, the province of Sondrio, is one of the smallest ones in Italy, and the less populated in Lombardy. Yet one of the biggest ones by size. It also has double the suicide rate from the national average.
It's like Alaska but small.
I live in what is dubbed ''The doors to Valtellina'', a village (literally. There are less than 2000 people here.) close to the border of Switzerland and of the province of Lecco, which y'all might know for Lake Como. Yeah, you know that beautiful lake you always see in movies, celebrity weddings, Instagram posts, and the Gorillaz Music Video for ''Desolè''? I live 5km from there. Yeah. Cool right? My village doesn't have a train station, the only buses are at odd hours, and my dad can only drive me to so many places, so basically I'm a little hermit.
So yeah, Alaska but small.
Despite the small size and every town being isolated from everyone and everything, Valtellina has a rich folklore that includes ghosts, witches, a weird hairy man, and an anthropomorphic goat,
some of the best food you'll ever taste (unless you're lactose intolerant or allergic to milk proteins like me, because we are all addicted to butter around here), and cool as hell mountains. this is a magical place, Also a pretty messed up one, but it's mostly magical. But also extremely messed up.
Oh, and we are going to host the 2026 Olympics!!! I'm really happy for that, even if knowing the people that are organising it kinda brings my moral about it down. Because they're in five months and we haven't got anything done yet. Yeah.
I will actually be a volunteer, funnily enough! So if you find yourself in Livigno, watching the snowboarding competitions, ask around for Thomas. I'm sure you will find me quickly. I'm not an easily forgettable person, y'know.*
*this is a nice way to say that I am hard to get rid of.
